I thought about being Wes Janson for Halloween but now I’ve decided I just want to be Wes Janson for the rest of my life.

Wes Janson: great character or greatest character?

Janson: “You look like some kind of weird cross between a starfighter pilot and a Batravian gumplucker.”
Hobbie: “Wes, I don’t even know what that is.”
Janson: “Sure you do, Hobbie. A starfighter pilot is a guy who flies an X-wing without getting blown up. Check the Basic Dictionary. Though I can understand how you’d get confused.”

10 DAY STAR WARS CHALLENGE (IN ONE DAY!)

I didn’t stick with the saga. I went forth into the EU.

1. Favorite movie of the saga.
   Empire Strikes Back 
2. Post a picture of your favorite character.
   Corran Horn (first photo) and Wedge Antilles (second photo). And Mirax Terrik is in my top five favorites~ :)
    
3. Post the audio of your favorite song of the soundtrack.
   The Imperial March because it’s so iconic, and I have such great memories belting this guy out randomly as a kid.  
4. Least favorite character, why?
   Boba Fett because he’s just ridiculously annoying and lives. 
5. 10 things you like about the saga.
   1) Wedge Antilles’ incapacity to die.
   2) Starfighter battles - it makes me want to try my hand at flying an X-Wing.
   3) I like that it makes me want to believe that it’s real, even though I know it’s not. It gives you such an escape, such a believability that you lose yourself in it when you’re watching the movies or reading the books.
   4) I love Luke’s transition as a character - going from this whiny farm boy to this strong, confident Jedi. 
   5) And, hand in hand with #4, Darth Vader’s return to the light side. I always prefer to see the good in people, and if they can redeem that quality within themselves it makes them such a strong character.
   6) The fact that I get so excited about reading the books (which happens with all books but I still love it). I can’t wait to turn the page and find out what happens to certain characters. 
   7) Corran Horn. I don’t think I really need to say more than that. He’s hands down the greatest character ever. 
   8) I really like that nearly every character you see in the background of the movies has a name and has a history.
   9) Rogue Squadron.
   10) The new friends it has brought me. :)
6. When did you become a Star Wars fanatic; why did you became one?
   Since birth. I don’t really remember when it happened but ever since I was a kid I have loved it. My dad and brothers were really into it, so it was something that I just grew up loving.
7. Favorite couple of the saga.
   Mirax and Corran. Done. Wedge and Iella. Done. Tycho and Winter. Done. I could keep going with the Rogues…. :) 
8. Post a video of your favorite part of your favorite movie of the saga.
   The Battle of Hoth - Favorite battle. Favorite characters—a little Wes Janson, Hobbie Klivian, Wedge Antilles action. Some really wicked AT-AT takedowns by Luke. Could you ask for more? No.
9. Would you change anything about the saga?
   I’d make movies (that had little GL influence) about the Rogues post ROTJ. Or a TV show. Some more focus on my favorite group of guys (and ladies~).
10. Favorite villain.
    Grand Admiral Thrawn.
